How to use Springs?
1. First of all, calculate the maximum stroke you need. |
2. Give a pre-pressure before you install the spring to enable the spring has inner pressure within, if otherwise, the spring will decrease its life. General pre-pressure is 3~5% of total length. |
3. The spring should have a screw and barrel. |
4. If the rammer is grinded, the spring will increase the shrinkage, don’t forget to grind the pad to keep it in original shrinkage. |
